The Island Youth Worker Conference (IYWC) exists to help volunteer youth leaders reach youth and point them to Jesus. 

Below you can see the organizing partners for the IYWC. Behind the scenes, the IYWC is directed by Vancouver Island youth pastors & organizers who care deeply about helping volunteer youth workers feel more equipped, encouraged and inspired to do youth ministry for the year ahead and beyond.

The Island Youth Worker Conference also exists to help the full and part-time youth workers train their volunteer team. We know how hard it is to train and equip your volunteers. That is why we bring in the best teachers, leaders, and grizzled veterans in the youth work field. We want to assist you in equipping your team through the IYWC. 

This day of training is specifically focused on the youth worker and equipping them for ministry in today’s world. Our aim is to present high-quality training that every youth worker can afford. The training will be packed with inspiration, encouragement and practical coaching.

Each youth worker will leave the IYWC with skills that apply to the situations they face each week. We see this as the goal of making your team better equipped to share the love of God with the youth of Vancouver Island and beyond.
